Bathmate Hydroxtreme 9: how the Handball changes operation

The Hydroxtreme 9 is a Bathmate water-based penis pump designed for penis-pumping and penile-training routines. The chamber is filled with water, and the manual Handball pump expels water through the valve. This forms a partial vacuum around the penis, producing temporary blood inflow, expansion and erectile rigidity during the session. Bathmate's hydropump technology is protected by international patents.

The main difference between Hydroxtreme and Hydromax lies in operation. Instead of pressing a Bellows at the chamber base, pressure is adjusted through repeated squeezes of the Handball connected by a hose. The pumping system is therefore operated from the separate hand pump.

The Hydroxtreme 9 comes with a carry case, measuring gauge, cleaning sponge, base insert pad, hose attachment, pump lubricant, security lock and shower strap. The construction is waterproof, and this variation has a grey finish.
