Return Policy

In the event that a defective product is found to have proven to be a defective product, you reserve the right to return within 14 (14) calendar days (DOA) with the possibility of replacing it with our shipping or refund costs.

For the possible return of products, products should:

• Not have tampered (opened) packaging and therefore not have been used.
• Not be damaged in any way.
• Have all the original documents / accessories that came with it.
• And full packing.

Cases of Changes:

• Changes in color or size: Redistribution is FREE if the company is responsible for it - Defective type or fault of the company: The transport costs are charged to the company.
• Replace or add a new item: In order to resend the package, you will be charged € 5 for the whole of Greece.
• Refunds due to estimation error, eg size, color, type, features and capabilities are not exchanged in cash.
• We do not provide any warranty for our products beyond any warranty that may be attached to them by the manufacturer.

Upon completion of the inspection by the Supply Company for confirmation of the defective product, and if you wish to refund the order, it is within 14 days and is made in the same way that you made the order (eg cash or credit on your credit card.)

Right of Exit

• From the submission of the online order, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale within 14 calendar days of the date of the conclusion of the service contract (in the case of such a contract) or from the delivery (in the case of products ).
• This withdrawal does not have to be specific and free of charge, and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly to the condition he has received, with all the accessories, the accompanying forms and the packaging in excellent condition. For retail orders shipped within Greece or abroad, the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs are handled according to the reason for the return and applicable law. If you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal from the entire order, we refund the original delivery charges you paid, up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered for that order. We do not refund the additional charge for a more expensive delivery option you expressly selected. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods if we informed you of this before purchase and have not agreed to cover it. If you choose to return the goods through our carrier, we inform you of the cost before the return and deduct it from your refund with your express agreement. We do not deduct return costs you have already paid directly to the carrier. Where the return concerns a defective product or an incorrect shipment for which we are responsible, we bear the necessary transport costs. This clarification does not restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
• The withdrawal statement is made in writing or electronically. Megasexshop.com is required to send a confirmation of receipt of a cancellation statement upon receipt of the request. (Submission Request.pdf) • Following the cancellation notice, Megasexshop.com charges the price received for this order in the same way as the order was placed. The refund will be made within 14 (14) working days of both the product and the price.
• Only the additional charge for a more expensive delivery option expressly selected by the consumer is excluded from reimbursement; the original delivery charges paid for the least expensive standard delivery option offered for that order are refunded.
• In addition, the customer is required to return the products within 14 calendar days of the day on which he notified the withdrawal.
• The customer is liable to compensate the company if it has made use of it other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period up to the declaration of withdrawal.

Megasexshop.com is entitled to agree with the customer on the amount of compensation even by offsetting. In the event of a retirement relating to a provision of services, the customer shall pay an amount commensurate with the withdrawal provided until the withdrawal.

If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, any associated contracts automatically expire at no cost to the customer.
